These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Oneiro, the website and application available at oneiroapp.app (“Oneiro,” the “Service”). Oneiro is operated by Aether Forge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Oneiro.

1. The Service

Oneiro is a digital tool for self-reflection. It reads dreams and birth details through a nine-gate symbolic framework to generate a personal star-gate map, dream reflections, and related guidance, audio, and visuals. Oneiro is offered for personal insight and contemplation only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you create by signing in with a supported provider (such as Google) or an email sign-in link. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Oneiro.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Oneiro offers a single paid tier, Gate-Whisper, at $47.00 USD per month or $470.00 USD per year. Subscriptions grant access to the gated features described on our pricing section for the duration of the paid period.

• Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through Oneiro. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, design, framework, text, audio, and visuals, is owned by Aether Forge LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own reflection. The readings, maps, and content generated for you remain yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reflection or reading is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use Oneiro at your own discretion and rely on its output at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether Forge LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States — where Aether Forge LLC is organized — without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
