Refund Policy

Effective June 22, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Gate-Whisper subscription on Oneiro (oneiroapp.app), operated by Aether Forge LLC. Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record, and this policy is applied together with Paddle’s buyer terms.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Gate-Whisper subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We want the Service to be of genuine value to you; if it isn’t, we’ll make it right.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. For renewal charges, refund requests made within 14 days of the renewal date will be considered; after that period, charges for a completed billing cycle are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@oneiroapp.app with the email address used for your purchase and your order or receipt details. You may also contact Paddle directly through the receipt you received at the time of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. Unless a refund is granted under this policy, cancellation does not retroactively refund charges already made for the current or prior billing periods.
